ERCC Annual Workshop to be Held at the E-Scrap Conference!

The Annual E-Scrap Conference will be held in New Orleans from September 18-20, 2023 with pre-conference workshops being held on Monday, September 18th. The ERCC will hold its annual workshop on September 18th in the afternoon and will focus on key issues surrounding state electronics recycling programs. The ERCC Non-Compliant Database Makes its Debut

The ERCC has announced the launching of its Non-Compliant Database - a tool for retailers, administrators of state electronics recycling programs and other key stakeholders. This tool lists all of the electronics manufacturers who are not in compliance with state programs because of non-registration or non-payment. ERCC works with state administrators to keep this data updated at least quarterly. The website can be found under "Projects" at the top of this page.
